I suffer with a back injury and he always makes sure I get the most out of my training session without the risk of hurting my back again. Training is fun and varied with real results. Being an office job worker I was typically a bit overweight, feeling sluggish and definitely needed a little push to get motivated about exercising again. David has been a great help in helping me achieve both my weight and fitness goals. He does this mainly by giving challenging workouts (which constantly change by the way to keep things interesting), but also by always being positive himself. He will also always get the best out of me in a session, despite my greatest attempts to thwart them sometimes when i didn't always feel like training ;). If you are looking to loose weight, tone up or simply just get fit again I would strongly recommend David.
I was given a block of sessions with David as a birthday present. I'm a fairly keen runner, although I'd been a bit slack the last year. I wanted to improve my fitness but also work on strength as well. David was simply brilliant.

I wanted to improve my fitness but also work on strength as well. David was simply brilliant. We discussed everything I wanted to achieve and he identified areas that needed work (or in the case of my core, lots of work), including nutrition. Over 10 sessions we went through countless different exercises (nearly every one was different) that worked on these areas. David made me work hard, but was supportive and I always enjoyed each session. Even though it was only 10 sessions I feel so much better and fitter already and it has really given me a huge help with understanding what I need to do. I would definitely recommend him and I intend to use him again.
Me and my friend have been training with David for around 4 months now. We were both completely new to an exercise environment and as such, were pretty nervous about starting.

We really liked the idea of training outside of a gym environment and found David on google and saw that he offers outdoor training. He met us for a consultation and immediately put us both at ease. We trained with him twice per week and within just a few sessions we felt confident with a lot of different exercises and now do our own sessions in the gym as well. We have both lost weight and toned up, which is exactly what we asked for. We are both very happy with the service and extra effort that David put into this experience, and for anyone who is looking for a motivational trainer who makes the sessions feel fun and always different then we both recommend David to you. Better still, he comes to our local park so we don't have far to travel to train. Thanks David"
