How will we achieve your goal and what’s so different about working with me?

My philosophy and belief is that no single person is the same and therefore, every plan I design should be specific to the client. Many trainers will take you through a generic workout and put you on the same nutritional plan as every other client.

My belief is that no person is the same and therefore, every plan I design is specific to the needs of each individual client. We will work together to ensure that everything is in place to allow you to achieve precisely what you set out to achieve.  

Once I have fully understood your reasons for choosing to work with a personal trainer, your exercise and nutritional history and we've taken some measurements, I can begin to put a plan in place. 

By first taking a DNA swob from you (this is optional) and sending it to a sports laboratory for a full report, I will then create a completely personalised nutritional plan for you based on your genetics. I If requested, nutrition will remain a focus for us throughout. 

Every 4 weeks we will re-visit your measurements, these measurements will be in-depth and will not only help us to assess progress, but also how your overall health is improving as a result of the positive lifestyle changes we have introduced.  Some of these measurements include body-fat, muscle mass, BMR, BMI. water retention percentage, bone density, physique rating, visceral fat and even segmental muscle measurements (to identify any imbalances). 

If you have a suitable indoor setting, then our sessions can absolutely be indoors. Otherwise, using the latest fitness equipment and latest innovative training techniuqes, sessions will be delivered in a unique outdoor environment. Although all areas of Bristol are covered, some of the more popular areas include Clifton, Stoke Bishop and Redland. In any case and wherever we end up training, I will ensure that each session will be challenging, enjoyable (hopefully) and most importantly, relative.  

As we progress we will together set and agree on achievable targets. In order to remain consistent with our success, once these have been achieved we will tweak. 

All sounds pretty simple? Well, the process is, but as anything that is worth doing should be, it will be a challenge. But I'm here to help and guide you through to ensure that you are successful and with countless happy clients I am very confident in my ability to help you, whatever your goal may be. Exercise and health in general is my passion, it is what I live and breathe and I like nothing more than helping people just like you in achieving your exercise and health potential.
