Most of us make the decision to start exercising and better manage our relationship with food because we’re not happy, either with the way we look, the way we feel or a combination of the two. More often than not, our weight (but more specifically our overall body-fat) is the main motivator behind the desire to change. Does this sound like you? 

My most popular weight-loss program is designed to help with exactly this. It's not about FAD diets, jabbing yourself with weightloss injections or any other quick fixes, its about forming and maitaining a natural and sustainable approach to weightloss. Something that once achieved will stay with you for life. 

Whether we work together two, three or four times per week, so long as you follow my guidance you will be guaranteed results.  Togehter we will establish realistic nutritional and exercise goals and will tweak eah of these as we progress through.  When choosing the natural route, I can ensure you that the sense of achievement you will experience will superseed anything that these other quick fix options will give you. 

 

You will teach yourself discipline, learn about nutirtion and will become fully competent and confident with exercise. 

 

If you’ve opted to have your DNA test then, once your report has come back, you will be issued with a 12 week nutritional plan that is based on your very own genetics. This test and plan is of course optional and not everyone will go for it. We can of course discuss all of this when we first talk. 

 

In-depth measurements and photos (if requested) will be taken before you begin and every 4 weeks thereafter, your composition will be re-tested and with subsequebnt targets given. 

 

Once your course is complete you can either continue training with me on a roll on month basis, or if you're feeling ready, you can go it alone.
