Although designed to help you lose weight, this plan is not a crash diet. It has been especially designed to educate you on how to make appropriate lifestyle tweaks and changes to progressively help you with your goal. 

The plan is not about heavy restrictions, it’s about understanding what your specific BMR is, what your dails Macronutrient and Micronutrients needs are and how you can use this information to successfully achieve your goal. 

 

After our initial consultation, you'll be asked to complete a 7 day food diary. On completion, I will look at this in detail before setting you with some realisitic changes. This will then be reviewed every 4 weeks.
