As one of the most important days of your life looms, you're going to want to look and feel your best. There is however a lot to organise when it comes to the day, so planning your exercise and nutritional regime in advance is essential.
With however long we have to work towards the big day, we will cover everything, from discussing your desired dress or suit size, taking your measurements, photos and creating a personal food plan (if required) before working towards your specific goal. Depending on the option you choose, we will then either train together once, twice or three times per week
We will consistently review progress, ensuring that we re-measure every 4 weeks.
