With the UK performing well in gymnastics over the past two olympics, bodyweight training is an area that has become extremely popular. 

The challenge of bodyweight training should not be underestimated. Using your body to complete a technical, compound movement is not easy, but boy is it rewarding. In order to perform specific bodyweight exercises correctly, you'll need the right level of strength, mobility and flexibility for each. This is where I can help.

Some of our training will include working with Olympic rings, Parallettes, Dip Bars, resistance bands, benches, walls and anything else in Bristol & Clifton we can find. Ready?
