Bodyweight training should be underestimated. Using your body to complete a technical, compound movement is not easy. Often you need the right level of strength, mobility and flexibility to competently perform a bodyweight exercise.
Although tough, learning to do so can be a lot of fun, and you get a whole lot of satisfaction each time you grasp an exercise! If you’ve ever watched a gymnast and thought to yourself you’d love to have a go then this is definitely the course for you.
You will be working with Olympic rings, Parallettes, Dip Bars, resistance bands, park benches, walls and anything else in Bristol where your bodyweight is used to perform the exercise!
