More often than not, our weight (or more specifically our body-fat percentage) is the main influencer behind the desire to make a change. Does this sound like you?
My most popular weight-loss programme is designed to help you with exactly this. This certainly isn’t about FAD diets or quick fixes, its about creating the necessary sustainable lifestlye changes that will in enable you to be in control over the longterm.
Whether we work together two, three or four times per week, if you follow my advice and together we work hard, the results are guaranteed. We will establish nutritional traits and will make the necessary tweaks to both compliment our training but also to ensure that you achieve your weightloss goal.
If you’ve opted to have your DNA test then, once your report has come back, you will be issued with a 12 week nutritional plan that is based on your very own genetics. This guarantees you the quickest success. This test and plan is of course optional and not everyone will go for it. We can of course discuss all of this when we first talk.
In-depth measurements and photos (if requested) will be taken before you begin and every 4 weeks thereafter, each of these will be re-visited.
Once your course is complete you can either continue training with me on a roll on month basis, or if you're feeling super motivated and ready to continue by yourself, you can do exactly that.
